Dimensions: Pass 1

This is the first pass at the dimensions. I looked into the size of peoples fingers using the anthropometrics pack to work out how big the overhangs for the handles should be. After I had worked out the overall width of the under bench I measured this on the kitchen bench I had at uni. Sadly I did not have enough width without major work the bench itself so I need to look into ways to make the required space thinner 

I considered taking some of the width and adding it to the length of the tray but the also put it further back than the bench model could handle
