Since I am now creating a new bench I now have the opportunity to create a more compact version of my worm farm that will suit 2 people in an apartment setting. While I did have the option to do this before, it made sense to create a system for 4 people due to the amount of space that I have.
I still liked the shape I had come up with in my previous designs for the trays. The most simplistic thing I could do to visualize the tray size is to cut off half of the width of the existing tray model and glue the ends back together. (Water bottle for scale)
From here, I redid my sketches with this new shape in mind to create a much smaller looking concept
